this is PRE-FLASHING Procedure
Moreover, you can use the recovery mode to back up and restore your rom when problem occurs.
How did I do it?
I used the custom recovery tutorial from sir obscenity here
MY CASE: Unfortunately, I was unable to access the play store/Google play after rooting so I needed to manually download the needed apps like MobileUncleTools using the phone and put the recovery image on SD Card by PC. I also installed ES File Explorer on the phone because I cannot open the file downloaded.
When you get to the recovery mode, check if you got a flashable ROM ready or you want to backup your previous ROM. In my case, I just rebooted because I was waiting for the stock rom to backup and flash.
*I bought an 8gb SD Card (550php) before I did this process.
*some rooting process already include the custom recovery app and even a new ROM
*reboot = restart
